How Does it Work?

To perform a Profound Lift in Beverly Hills we use a technology created by Syneron Candela. There is a machine that controls a hand piece with a disposable cartridge made up of an array of radio-frequency energy needles. The hand piece is then placed on the areas that have been pre-determined to provide maximal effect. Is it Painful?

A local anesthetic is applied prior to treatment for maximum patient comfort. You will be completely awake during the procedure and will only feel some pressure but no pain during the process.

How Long Does it Take?

The procedure will take about an hour, depending on the area being treated and the extent of correction desired.

What is the Downtime After the Profound Lift?

You can expect swelling and bruising along with minor redness along the treatment area for approximately five to seven days after the procedure. You may or may not also develop small red dots or bumps on your skin due to a natural reaction to the insertion points of the microneedle used in the procedure. All of these will go away within three to five days. You can expect to return to normal activities 5 days later or more. Any minor redness, swelling or bruising from the treatment can typically be covered with makeup after 48 hours.

When Will I See Results?
